This year's Third Annual Meeting focused on Mentoring and Reflection: Ways and Means and took place in RCSEd Birmingham on 15 November 2019. Over 40 delegates attended the meeting to hear presentations from Gan and Andy Perkins from Blackbox Dentistry, Jane Dalgarno, Kirsten Jack, Cathy Coelho and the FDT Director. The stimulating programme showed the audience new and thought provoking ways to reflect and different approaches to mentoring and coaching. Delegates gave a lot of positive feedback on the day, finding the content very helpful and relevant.
