Discover the relevance of assessing non-technical skills for dentists and the potential for introducing such assessments into training. Are attributes such as leadership, situational awareness, teamwork, communication and decision-making important skills for dentists working with a dental team? This lecture presents developments in this field by the Faculty of Dental Trainers.
